I have short hair and it can be difficult to find a hairdresser who knows how to cut short hair. My favourite stylist is just too far to travel to, so I decided to try a salon closer to home. Unfortunately, the worst short cut I've ever had. The hairdresser just attacked my hair with thinning scissors and this left my hair looking and feeling thin and straggly. The colourist took me darker than I felt comfortable, after consulting with me and knowing exactly what I wanted and left a too obvious demarcation line, which looked fugly! It's odd that they apply colour away from a mirror and they didn't show me what the colour on the back of my head looked like (which I looked at when I got home and it had a lot of breakage). Very disappointed. On the plus side, everyone was super nice!

The colour was too bright at first, wasn't like what I expected, but she did the correction right away. The final look? I got heaps of compliments! All of the staffs are also friendly and professional. Pricey but highly recommended.
