As soon as I signed up and had a query I emailed and got no response.
I sent 2 follow ups and after my third (2 weeks later) I got a reply from someone else.
I asked to have my membership cancelled and got no reply.
I sent a follow up, no reply.
I continue to get charged from Newtown FF. I tried calling about 5 times and the phone ends up hanging on me.

He also came off very confidently which was a definite plus.
